Product Overview
This kit includes a modified OEM polymer trigger shoe, connector (optional), and reduced power firing pin safety spring. This kit reduces overall travel by half compared to the standard GPT and eliminates the extra reset travel after the slide cycles. The trigger shoe has fixed pre-travel reduction and an overtravel adjustment (usually adjustment is not required but can depend on the tolerances of the individual gun). The connector is polished and tension is preset set to provide better reset reliability. The reduced power firing pin safety spring smooths and lightens the pretravel as well as providing reduced pull weight.
Installation requires removal of the stock flat trigger shoe and replacement with the provided trigger shoe. The provided safety and reliability checks should be performed on installation by a certified gunsmith.
