Returns & Cancelation Policy

You may return only new, unopened (no installation attempted), and undamaged items within 10 days of delivery for a refund with a 20% restocking fee and no refund for shipping. All original packaging and materials must be present without signs of use and in the original order provided to be considered a valid return. If there is something off with the order we will do everything possible to make it right to help avoid any need for a return. If canceling an order prior to shipping, a 10% cancelation fee will apply to the order total including shipping. If an order is placed by mistake or needs to be canceled, please contact us immediately the same day as we can attempt to void the charge before credit card settlement to avoid the cancelation fee for you.

If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. No return will be accepted without contacting us via email. Any return sent into us without having email confirmation will not be accepted and customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returns should be packaged and shipped in a manner as to not incur damage during shipping. Any items received damaged or lost in shipping will not be eligible for return or refund. Please do not attempt to return an item that does not meet the criteria as the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days depending on the shipping selected), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We only have the ability to issue refunds to the original card used. If the original card used in the purchase is no longer valid, we are unable to provide a return but we can offer store credit towards another purchase in such cases.


We do not accept orders from outside the United States. Any orders received from outside the US will be promptly refunded without fulfillment.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed by the shipping provider and our subject to their specific policies. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping handler.
